Trekmeup

Trekmeup customizes costs based on cherry-picked services, which generally include accommodation, flight tickets, sightseeing, logistics, applicable visas, travel insurance for international travel, 5% GST, and 2% TCS.

First-time travelers need a valid passport that remains valid for 6 months or 186 days from the last date of the trip, while some countries may require up to 1 year of validity.

Trekmeup recommends group trips for first-time international travelers, while individual tours are suitable for those with prior domestic or international travel experience, depending on personal comfort and confidence.

Visa grant is at the consulate's discretion, but Trekmeup's experts ensure required documentation is in place. If a visa is rejected, tour and country-specific cancellation policies apply, and the team negotiates with suppliers to secure maximum refunds.

Trekmeup supports clients by requesting suppliers for possible refunds, which are returned via netbanking or issued as a credit note valid for 1 year.
